Project Overview
In September 2024, Greentown and City Construction Investment as the owner of the project, in collaboration with TFBLighting, initiated a project for their real estate sales center, Greentown Jinyu Garden Aesthetic Pavilion, in Shengzhou, Zhejiang, and TFB was entrusted with the production and installation of this large-scale lighting fixture.

Project Timeline
September 2024
The project was officially launched, marking the beginning of an ambitious collaboration among the three parties — the owner, the design firm, and the manufacturer. During this phase, initial discussions focused on how the ceiling light could seamlessly integrate with the architectural concept, setting the tone for a high-end, immersive aesthetic space.
October to November 2024
Over the next two months, multiple rounds of meetings were held to fine-tune the design details and technical requirements.
The discussions revolved around material selection, lighting effects, structural feasibility, and installation challenges. All three parties maintained close communication, ensuring that the final product would not only align with the aesthetic vision but also meet the highest standards of safety and durability.
December 2024
After comprehensive consultations and design modifications, a formal contract was signed, and the production phase officially commenced. TFB Lighting immediately mobilized its production team, investing significant time and effort into perfecting the cloud stone texture, light distribution, and the internal structural frame.
This stage was crucial as any miscalculation in design or production could compromise the overall effect of the ceiling light.
January 2025
With the production phase nearing completion, the TFB Lighting team traveled to Shengzhou to begin the on-site installation process. The installation, scheduled to take approximately 20 days, required exceptional precision due to the light's large size and complex structure.
The team worked tirelessly to ensure the ceiling panels were securely mounted, aligned, and illuminated uniformly without any visible defects. Thanks to the dedication of numerous skilled installation technicians, the entire installation was successfully completed in just 13 days.
Post-Chinese New Year, 2025
Following the completion of the physical installation, a series of meticulous inspections and lighting tests were conducted to verify structural safety, electrical stability, and visual consistency.
Despite the complexity of the fixture, the results were outstanding — the ceiling light perfectly captured the natural texture of cloud stone while maintaining a soft and balanced illumination throughout the space.
March 2025
The ceiling light was officially put into operation, transforming the interior of Greentown Jinyu Garden Aesthetic Pavilion.
The immersive lighting effect created a serene and luxurious atmosphere, leaving a lasting impression on visitors and enhancing the overall commercial value of the space. The successful delivery of this project further solidified TFB Lighting’s reputation in custom large-scale lighting solutions.
Challenges and Solutions
The production of the 350-square-meter custom ceiling light posed several significant challenges. Due to its complex cloud stone texture and large-scale structure, the mold-making and material selection process required extreme precision. Achieving a natural stone effect with uniform light distribution was particularly demanding.
During production, TFB Lighting faced the difficulty of controlling the weight and fragility of the materials, ensuring the large panels were both lightweight for safe ceiling suspension and durable for long-term use. The factory team developed a specialized reinforced aluminum frame combined with light-diffusing pressed glass, solving the structural and illumination challenges.
Moreover, assembling the fixture in the factory required meticulous testing of the 15,000w power supply system to avoid overheating and ensure electrical safety. Multiple rounds of adjustments were made to balance the fixture's aesthetics and functionality. Despite time constraints, the factory team worked intensively to meet the production deadline without compromising quality.
