The production process begins with ‌engineer design‌, followed by ‌mould carving‌ with QC checks to ensure accuracy. Components are then ‌case-cast‌ using the mould, again verified by QC. 


Subsequent steps include ‌filling ash‌, ‌polishing‌, ‌tapping‌, and ‌drilling holes‌, all accompanied by QC inspections. After ‌cleaning oil residues‌, ‌welding‌ joins parts securely. A ‌plastic outdoor powder coating‌ is applied (QC-checked), and ‌LED lights with radiators‌ are installed (also QC-verified). 


The product is then ‌assembled‌, ‌olded‌ (possibly a typo for "molded"?), and ‌cleaned‌ before final ‌packaging‌ with a last QC review. This rigorous 15-step process ensures consistent quality from raw materials to finished goods.
