2025 Hong Kong International Autumn Lighting Fair Opens on October 27, Around 3000 Global Exhibitors to Gather

Organized by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC), the Hong Kong International Autumn Lighting Fair, one of the world’s leading annual events in the lighting industry, will be held from October 27 to 30, 2025, at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC). Running concurrently, the 10th Hong Kong International Outdoor and Tech Light Expo will take place from October 28 to 31 at the AsiaWorld-Expo, featuring exhibitors from around 20 countries and regions and attracting a total of about 3,000 global companies.
The four-day Autumn Lighting Fair will focus on innovation and smart design. The highlight Connected Lighting Zone will bring together renowned brands from Finland, Germany, the Netherlands, Japan, and other regions, showcasing award-winning designs, designer collections, and lighting solutions used in world landmark projects. Meanwhile, the Outdoor and Tech Light Expo will feature a wide range of outdoor, commercial, and industrial lighting products and technologies, promoting the development of smart city lighting solutions.
Ms. Sophia Koo, Deputy Executive Director of the HKTDC, noted that innovative lighting products are thriving and hold vast growth potential. With the theme “Enlighten the Future with Creative Design,” both exhibitions will gather top global brands presenting cutting-edge and intelligent lighting innovations.
In addition to the exhibitions, the organizers have arranged a series of forums and seminars. The Innovative Lighting Design Forum, held on the opening day, will feature international and local industry leaders, architects, and lighting designers sharing top design cases and discussing emerging market trends.
At the same time, the Eco Expo Asia, co-organized by the HKTDC and Messe Frankfurt (HK) Ltd, will be held from October 28 to 31 at the Asia World-Expo.
According to the HKTDC, the two lighting fairs and the Eco Expo Asia will create strong synergies, offering expanded business opportunities and fostering cross-industry collaboration for the global lighting sector.
